Jeep 14×12 8-Person Family Dome Tent Review

This tent is nice and big inside! My 6′3″ hubby can stand straight in this tent. We have two huge cots that fit nicely and still leave plenty of room for supplies and a air mattress for our son. There are soooo many screened windows and a screened roof that allow for plenty of air flow. Even on a night when the temp never got below seventy-five, we slept cool and comfortably. Some of the rods are a little tricky to insert and you definitely need two people to set up the tent, but I cannot imagine why you would want a tent this large for only one person anyway. ;o)

Tents always say they can hold more people than they can. This tent claims to sleep eight. Hmmmm. Only if those eight like to cuddle! It will sleep up to four people on cots (cozy) or possibly as many as five or six kids. My other disappointment is that you cannot set up the rain fly on its own and the tent at the same time. We had hoped to be able to do this.

All in all, a nice tent… roomy and comfortable with good air circulation. We look forward to using it a lot this summer.
