It was easy enought to put up, but one of the fiberglass polls split, I called the company and by the time I found the paperwork they needed Sanitation Equipment Visa 268 Deluxe Portable Toiletand faxed it to them, it took about 1 week to receive not only one but two polls at no charge. I will not be using the tent before 08-2009, but I give it 100% so far!
